IQ - Start the Year Aware

After the festivities of Christmas and New Year, many people take a moment to pause and reflect: What do I want to do more of? What do I want to do less of? And what does it take to become the best version of myself? New habits, intentions and New Year’s resolutions become part of the conversation, and Google Trends shows a growing interest in reassessing habits during January and February – including increased searches around taking a month off alcohol. We see this as a relevant moment to encourage people to reflect on their drinking habits. How much do I actually drink? How much is too much? Why do I drink? And when do I drink?
